My First Multi-Orgasmic Experience
Yesterday, Tuesday July 24, 2012, I grabbed by cell phone
which was adjacent to my bed and looked at the time. It was 11:59 pm. I put it
back down, relaxed on my bed and was ecstatic at the thought that I had just
experienced my first multi-orgasmic masturbatory session. I had been trying the
last few days since beginning to read The Multi-Orgasmic Man by Mantak Chia. On
my previous practice sessions over the last few days, I had experienced what
could have been mild mini-orgasms without ejaculation but they were not
profound enough for me to state with certainty that they were obvious orgasms.
Yesterday night
before bed, I had some free time so I spent it by re-reading a few parts of the
Multi-Orgasmic Man that I felt I may have read too hastily the first time as I’ve
heard that we pick up on things that we miss the first few times while reading.
I reviewed specifically the part called “Your Orgasms” and “How Can I
Experience Multiple Orgasms?” sections. Re-reading the sections allowed me to
think about why my previous practice sessions ended in ejaculation- or failure
as ejaculation ends sexual activity. The key I remember using during my
practice session yesterday night was to distinguish the difference between
contractile-phase orgasm and the expulsion phase and stopping my arousal (rubbing
of the penis) about two or three seconds before I felt like I was heading for
ejaculation. The expulsion phase is really just your body’s involuntary reflexes
to propel the semen through the urethra and out the penis once you hit “the
point-of-no-return”. Mantak Chia talks about the importance of being aware of
your arousal and after yesterday night’s experience I absolutely agree. If I weren’t
focusing on when I was about the ejaculate and stopping soon enough, I would solely
have experienced the all too well known single “big-bang” orgasm.
Whether masturbating to porn is the main way to “get off”, I
feel porn is a good way to get your sexual fantasy going in your mind but being
aware of your arousal is one of the essentials to experiencing multiple orgasms,
and focusing on the pornographic images the entire time while masturbating can
very well distract you from being aware of your arousal. On previous attempts, I
thought to myself, “Yea I’m aware of my arousal. No biggie.” After yesterday’s
performance, the better question to ask myself is, “How close am I to
ejaculating?” Being aware of how close you are to ejaculating and having the
discipline to stop stroking your penis knowing that multiple orgasms and more
pleasure is the goal, is what helped me significantly.
Mantak Chia mentioned how strengthening the PC muscle is
important for controlling ejaculation and I found myself best able to contract the
PC muscle by lying supine with the legs slightly abducted. On previous days, I would
try to practice contracting the PC muscle while standing and sitting and
although I’m uncertain of how strong my PC muscles are, I felt lying down with
the legs abducted and at the point of orgasm, contracting the PC muscle and
elevating my hips really helped me squeeze the PC muscle for a longer period of
time than when I tried squeezing the PC muscle standing up or sitting down. I will
have to keep practicing to strengthen it.
All in all, the very first time we get that feeling of
success is important to memorialize. Yesterday, was mine.
